Setting aside any other issues one might have with this series, the decision to let Bryce go (relatively) free after all he had done, while horrifyingly realistic considering the headlines seen all too often of young men escaping consequences of rape or assault due to their privilege, felt like a punch to the gut. Season 2 saw him face no justice for any of his crimes (probation is just a slap on the wrist considering the severity and amount of the crimes he’s committed).
